Since completing my education I have taken many classes to complement my career as a massage therapist.
Take a look at the “services and rates” page and you will see a list of the types of massage I offer. Massages are offered in Chester, CT.
I believe massage should be affordable to everyone. Massage should not be thought of as a luxury, but as part of our total, whole body health and wellness plan. Many doctors and health insurance companies are recommending massage as a way to help keep us healthy and to augment traditional forms of medicine.
Some of the benefits of massage are, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress, better sleep, reduction in pain. Massage also, improves circulation, relaxes inflamed muscles and enhances mood, the list goes on.
